Deleting your SftyFrst account is permanent. All data associated with your account — including trip history, driving scores, vehicle associations, and OBD2 adapter pairings — will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days of your request.
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first at sftyfrst.app/dashboard before requesting deletion. Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to take effect for the next cycle.
